The following applies to all appointment bookings that are made with Aristocuts Ltd. (online, email, phone or in-salon bookings).

No-Show Policy
We are committed to providing superior quality services to our clients. Customers are asked to cancel any appointments that they will be unable to honour at least 48 hours in advance of their reservation. You must telephone the salon directly to cancel to avoid “No-Show or Late Cancellation Fee’s”. Aristocuts will recover 50% of the service cost for any missed appointment.

Payment Policy
To the extent permitted by law, any payment received when booking your services with us is a non-refundable deposit. In the event that you cancel your appointment within seven days of your appointed time or do not arrive at the salon at the appointed time, then your deposit will be forfeited and used to recover costs incurred by us in maintaining availability of our employees and resources. In the event that you cancel your appointment more than seven days prior to your appointed time, then the whole or part of the deposit may be refunded at our discretion. Unused deposits cannot be credited to other bookings.


Your Online Booking Account
You will need to register an account with us to use our online booking service. You will need a valid email address/username and password for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password. You agree to provide only accurate, truthful information.

 We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our salon’s best interests to do so.

Use of Online Booking Service
You may only use the Online Booking Service if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. You may only use the Online Booking Service to make legitimate appointments.

We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep the Online Booking Service available on a 24 hour/7 days a week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages. Your access to our Online Booking Service may not be uninterrupted or available at all times. We cannot promise that our Online Booking Service will be error-free, that defects or errors will be corrected or that our site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. You will not use any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of this site or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment.


If you complete one of our ‘recommend a friend’ cards and hand it to a member of staff, both you and your friend will enjoy 20% off your next visit to Aristocuts.
– The friend you recommend should be a new client to Aristocuts limited for any discounts to apply.
– The friend you recommend will be required to attend their appointment first.
– Once they have attended their appointment, you will receive 20% off your next appointment.
– Each client “recommend a friend” card can be redeemed only once and must be surrendered to Aristocuts limited upon presentation of this offer.
– Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
– All offers are at the Management’s discretion.
